We do our best to pack and ship orders from our Everton Park store within 48 business hours. During peak periods we have extra staff on hand, and the majority of orders placed before 11am will be shipped within 24 hours. 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 (no extra fee for heavy or rural locations!) as well as Click & Collect in store.

For all orders under $100 & under 5kg, shipping is charged at $5 to $13, depending on what state you're in. Heavy goods shipping, for items 5kg and over is charged between $6 and $13 depending on location.

We endeavor to maintain only in-stock items available for sale in our online store, so shipping will always be prompt. 

High value orders. For orders of significant value further customer / card authorisation may be required before your order ships. This helps us protect against fraudulent transactions, keeping the costs down across our range. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
